BORNBOUND RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We are committed to selling high-quality products and hope you will get hours of enjoyment training and racing in them. However, we also realise that for one reason or another, you may need to exchange or return something you’ve bought. We don’t however send out returns forms with your order, so please download and complete the relevant download, depending upon the country you are returning the item to. BORNBOUND won’t accept any items back without a returns form.
BORNBOUND will only accept returned items that are returned in new, fully resaleable condition (undamaged, complete with original tags attached and original packing) within 30 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage). Returned garments must not have been used or worn, apart for when trying on. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size simply complete the returns form as instructed on the download, indicating which size you require. If we do not have your size in stock, we will contact our supplier and have one sent to us within days. If the item is no longer available from our suppliers, we can either offer another item or issue a refund.
USA RETURNS: For returns to the USA, we recommend shipping by a trackable and insured service as we cannot accept liability for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Please keep proof of postage including the cost of shipping. USA RETURNS FORM DOWNLOAD HERE.
Also please ensure you have paid the correct postage for the returned item. If insufficient postage is paid, we will have to refuse the return and ask the chosen shipping service to return it to the sender's address.
If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in fully resaleable condition (undamaged, complete with original tags attached and original packing) along with your receipt within 30 days for a refund. Please complete the returns form as instructed on the download. However, for refunds, only the cost of the goods will be refunded. You will need to pay the return carriage costs to us.
Card, PayPal and other payment method refunds will be made on the first working day after we have received the item(s) back and pending the condition of the goods returned. If the returned item(s) are not in a resalable condition, then we will have to return to the sender's address.
We will ship your replacement item(s) to you for free, once we have received the returned goods in new and resalable condition.
